About this Opportunity


The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects across the organisation. Working within the Project Management Office, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating project meetings, preparing agendas, minutes and tracking actions
  • Maintaining project documentation, dashboards and portfolio registers
  • Supporting project reporting, including risks, issues, progress and financial tracking
  • Assisting with procurement processes and project administration activities
  • Collaborating with project managers, stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Supporting continuous improvement of project management processes, tools and templates
  • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support effective decision making across the portfolio

About You
You are a highly organised and proactive professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
You will bring:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience supporting project reporting, risk tracking and documentation
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (including SharePoint, Teams and project tools such as Smartsheet)
  • Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply processes effectively
  • Experience working within a Project Management Office (Desirable)
  • Certificate IV in Project Management or equivalent (Desirable)
