Access Card

Brisbane Airport Corporation (BAC) manages the security of our building and the car park, therefore an Access Card will be required to access these areas. 

STEP 1: Apply for an Access Card 

• Click here and fill in the form per below:
  • Apply for: Access Card (the RFDS will pay the fee)
  • Application Type: Initial Application
  • Company Representative: Julie McLardy
  • Company Representative Email: reception@rfdsqld.com.au 
  • ASIC Number: enter ‘n/a’ if you do not currently hold an ASIC
  • ASIC Expiry Date: enter ‘n/a’ if you do not currently hold an ASIC

STEP 2: Arrange collection

• Click here to arrange collection. This can be booked for your first day (on the way to work).
• Applications take a minimum of 72 hours. If your application is submitted within 72 hours of commencement, please arrange collection accordingly.
• Please take a physical form of ID for collection. Please note that BAC does not accept the new digital license as a form of ID.
• Access Cards are collected from the Brisbane Airport ID & Access Centre located at Skygate 9 The Circuit, Brisbane Airport.
• The closest parking is here in front of Woolworths close to Dan Murphy's.

If you have been unable to collect your Access Card prior to commencing and need to enter the car park, please press the HELP button at the entrance to the car park and BAC will give you access after verifying your details.
