Pre-employment assessment
Your pre-employment assessment will be conducted at a Kinnect clinic. This assessment will include a pre-employment drug, alcohol and audiometric test.
Shortly you will receive an email from Kinnect to organise a pre-employment drug, alcohol and audiometric test. When responding to your Kinnect email, please provide your availability between STARTDATE and ENDDATE. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, you will need to notify Kinnect at least 4 days prior to the day of your booking to avoid any rescheduling fees.
Arranging your appointment
- Shortly you will receive an email from Kinnect to organise a pre-employment drug, alcohol and audiometric test.
- You will need to arrange your appointment within xxxx days of commencing. Please refer to your onboarding email from the RFDS for the dates specified.
- Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify Kinnect at least 4 days prior to the day of your booking to avoid any rescheduling fees.
It is a requirement for your role to undergo a pre-employment assessment before commencing with the RFDS. This assessment includes a drug and alcohol. Depending on your role, this may also include an audiometric test.

- Please arrange to attend your appointment within 28 days of commencing (no earlier). Specified dates have been provided in your onboarding email.
