headspace Cairns team are passionate about providing professional, evidence-based mental health support services for young people aged 12 -25 years. They are dedicated to keeping young people at the centre of their care journey and ensuring collaboration across all areas of the headspace service. Staff are encouraged to broaden their skills, grow and learn.

Orientation
Orientation Schedule: An orientation checklist will be provided on your first day and worked through during your first week.
Key Procedures / Policies Covered: Includes an overview of headspace staff and structure, IT equipment setup, data management and administration systems, clinical governance, and access to RFDS and headspace National e-learning modules.
Assigned Buddy / Mentor: A buddy or mentor will be assigned based on your role.
Uniforms
Dress Code: There is no mandatory uniform; smart casual attire is expected.
headspace shirts are available upon request through the Community Engagement Coordinator or Centre Coordinator.
