RFDS Victoria launches new Facebook page

This month, the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) Victoria launched its own Facebook page – creating a new space to share the stories of our local communities and support positive social connection in rural and regional Victoria.

The new Victoria-specific Facebook page complements the Flying Doctor’s existing national social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. By establishing a Facebook page specific to our local community, we can connect more closely with our supporters, donors and service-users with the stories, service updates and history that make up the Flying Doctor in Victoria.

Whether it’s the launch of our latest Community Transport service in Rochester or how the Beaufort community is raising funds by hosting an Outback Morning Tea, we want to share the stories of the amazing people who support the Flying Doctor every day and what our services can do to support better physical and mental wellbeing across Victoria.

Our amazing Victorian community already supports us through our national social media channels and we encourage them to connect with, like and follow our new dedicated state-based Facebook Page to keep up to date with the Flying Doctor in Victoria.
