Employer Statement - WGEA Pay Gap 24/25

Date published

23 Feb 2026

At RFDS Victoria, we are committed to creating a fair, inclusive, and respectful workplace for all. The 2024–25 Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) results show that our efforts continue to make a meaningful difference.

This year, our average total remuneration gender pay gap is 3.2%, significantly lower than the 18.9% mid‑point gap across similar employers. This strong result reflects our long‑standing focus on equitable pay and balanced workforce structures.

We continue to outperform industry benchmarks across several manager and non‑manager groups, with many roles showing gender pay gaps close to zero or favourable for women. We are proud of this progress and remain committed to monitoring and improving our practices.

Our work builds on the initiatives outlined in our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Roadmap 2023 -2026, including strengthened parental leave policies, improved return-to-work support, extended domestic violence leave and enhanced procedures related to appropriate workplace behaviour.

As we move into the next phase of WGEA requirements, we will continue to act on data driven priorities that promote gender equality and support a workforce that reflects our communities.
