RFDS Queensland Section Annual Patient/Client Experience Survey

The Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) is inviting patients and clients to participate in our Annual Patient/Client Experience Survey, running from 26 May to 9 June.

This survey gathers important feedback which can help improve our services and provides valuable insights into how well we are meeting the needs of communities across Queensland.

If you receive an SMS from us containing a survey link administered by Insync, this means we are seeking your feedback. Only the information you choose to provide in the survey will be shared with Insync. No private information or data from our systems is provided to Insync. All survey responses are de‑identified before being shared with the RFDS (Queensland Section), unless you request contact from a Liaison Officer and/or Content Officer.
