Description
Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator skilled in providing support? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? This role could be perfect for you!
We’re looking for an administration dynamo to work closely with our People & Culture team and the EGM People & Culture. Your main responsibility will be optimising the EGM’s time and providing essential high-level administrative support to the team, anticipating needs and managing tasks with precision.
In addition to supporting the EGM, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing scheduling and time (diary management)
- Supporting the People & Culture team with general administrative duties
- Co-ordinating the communication plan
- Assisting with key P&C programs
- Facilitating expense claims, invoice payments, and credit card reconciliation
- Maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Delivering exceptional customer service
Who Are We Looking For?
You’re an exceptional communicator with outstanding organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to influence and work effectively with all levels, including Executive and Senior Management. Your strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders set you apart. You’ll also have excellent time management and organisational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, enabling you to prioritise, manage workloads, and adapt to changing needs.
