Description

By joining the People & Culture (P&C) team at the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) you will be motivated by purpose, not just tasks. Our P&C team is on the lookout for a vibrant P&C Coordinator to join us in a permanent part-time role. You'll have the flexibility of working 3 days per week. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of RFDS-issued uniforms and provide support to the EGM People and Culture through administration and diary management. In this role, you will:

  • Provide administrative coordination
  • Provide scheduling and time management support
  • Facilitate the process of all expense claims, invoice payments, and credit card reconciliation
  • Manage the dedicated Uniform inbox
  • Update and maintain all uniform-related resources
  • Coordinate key projects of the Uniform Program
  • Maintain professional and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver exceptional customer service

Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a dynamic coordinator who excels in collaborative and fast-paced environments. You will be an excellent communicator who can connect with diverse and remote teams and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to our teams supporting rural and remote Queensland. To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
  • High attention to detail
  • Exposure to project management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills of self and others with demonstrated ability to establish priorities, manage workloads and identify when to reschedule and reorganise work to reflect changes in priority
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite programs including but not limited to Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams
  • Ability to work across and influence at all levels including Executive and Senior Management
