Description

The RFDS (Queensland Section) is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our dedicated team in a permanent, full-time capacity!

Internally known as the Digital Fundraising Coordinator, this role plays a crucial part in supporting our fundraising efforts through effective digital strategies and campaigns.

The Digital Fundraising Coordinator supports the development and delivery of a wide range of digital communications to maximise the effectiveness of our digital fundraising acquisition campaigns and retention activities. This includes day-to-day creation, management and optimisation of landing pages, digital advertising campaigns and reporting.

Key Duties Include:

  • Proactively contribute to the Fundraising Innovation Process and the creative evolution of the RFDS’s digital fundraising program
  • Respond to all comments on digital ads in Meta and liaise with Supporter Care team as required
  • Work closely with the Digital Fundraising Manager to manage key agency relationships, including attending work in progress meetings with agency partners and produce insight reports to maximise campaign conversion
  • Coordinate, execute and monitor digital fundraising campaigns across email, paid search, paid social advertising and campaign landing pages including deploying regular updates and optimisation
  • Assist with the build and continuous improvement of automated communication plans and journeys, ensuring best practices in data management and segmentation are implemented
Who are we looking for?

A friendly, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team! Your background should demonstrate experience in digital marketing and social medical advertising, as well as the following criteria –
  • University Degree in Marketing or similar
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience meeting and reporting on campaign goals and objectives
  • Proven knowledge of marketing automation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
  • Experience in implementing and optimising digital advertising campaigns
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience using website managing platforms such as WordPress
