The Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) (RFDS) are leaders in providing access to aeromedical and primary health care services to people in remote, rural, and regional locations. We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join our team in Bundaberg on a permanent, full-time basis, and available for an immediate start.
In this role, you will provide accurate, timely and efficient day-to-day administration support to the operations of the base.

- Clinical and non-clinical data entry and reporting
- General administration
- Reception duties (Customer service, inbox management, and incoming calls)
- Supporting marketing and promotional initiatives for the Bundaberg Base
- Assist the Base Support Manager & Client Liaison Coordinator as required
Who we are looking for?
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working in a busy office environment, possess excellent data entry skills, be customer-focused and have methodical work practice. You will also possess:
- Certificate III / IV in Administration (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in an Administration or Data entry / Records Management role
- Proven ability to handle challenging operational situations by utilising well-developed problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve team-based outcomes
- The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Highly competent in maintaining confidentiality
