Description

With a fresh vision and strategy, a newly formed Corporate Affairs Team is looking for a creative Senior Graphic Designer to be the champion of our brand. The new role will solidify and implement a cohesive brand across a wide range of traditional and digital platforms focussing on internal and external audiences.

The Senior Graphic Designer is a Permanent, Full-time position, based in Brisbane, with flexible working arrangements available.

The Senior Graphic Designer will:

  • Design and produce high-quality and visually engaging print and digital materials for RFDS media channels
  • Collaborate with leaders to brainstorm and execute on strategies, campaigns, and events
  • Collaborate with the Senior Content Advisor and Marketing Advisor - Brand to create engaging content for a range of publications and purposes, including internal communications, annual report, brochures, social media, advertising and materials for specific campaigns
  • Ensure that the integrity of the RFDS brand and reputation is maintained consistently across all marketing material, in alignment with the RFDS Brand Policy and Style Guide
  • Assist the Commercial and Corporate Affairs team with other projects when required
Who we are looking for?
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a closely related field
  • Extensive experience & high level of proficiency in graphic design and visual collaboration platforms
  • Strong communication skills, engaging with stakeholder and suppliers
  • Ability to convert technical information into clear, concise and compelling visual content (print and multimedia)
  • Demonstrated experience in successful collaborations on projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Previous experience in a not-for-profit environment (Desirable)
  • Experience in content management systems e.g., SharePoint, CRM database, and campaign monitoring software utilisation (Desirable)
