Description
This is an exciting career opportunity to join the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) as a Client Liaison Coordinator, in a permanent, full-time basis. Located in Bundaberg, the Training Academy building will accommodate a new King-Air Flight Simulator.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your coordination skills, acting as the primary point of contact for all clients, visitors and instructors. Every day you will be developing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to help provide services and support the RFDS Training Academy.
Key Accountabilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors to the Academy, including providing tours and assisting with fundraising events
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of training products
- Manage and coordinate client training scheduling
- Undertake administrative requirements, including but not limited to stationary ordering, kitchen supplies, postage, application processing, and records management to ensure the day-to-day operations of the training academy are effective and efficient
- Ensure the training facilities are kept neat, tidy and rectify any issues in accordance with RFDS policies and procedures
We are seeking a friendly individual with excellent customer service skills and an empathetic approach. You will be systems savvy and display:
- Previous experience working in and providing Client Liaison / serving as a professional representative
- Knowledge of the processes surrounding training or education compliance
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous data entry experience and the ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to respond to client queries in a courteous, prompt, accurate and confident manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work and problem solve, autonomously, while collaborating and contributing to wider team goals
- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to adapt communication styles
