Job Description:
Our award-winning Fundraising and Philanthropy team have an exciting opportunity for a Fundraising Administrator to join on a full-time or part-time, permanent basis!
The Fundraising Administrator will provide industry leading levels of supporter care whilst providing exceptional administrative support to help achieve overall fundraising goals.
We are looking for a friendly and reliable individual with a confident phone manner and passion for customer service!
Reporting to the Supporter Care Manager, you will:
- Process high volumes of donations via mail, online and phone with efficiency and accuracy
- Manage supporter enquiries via phone and email
- Build strong supporter relationships, problem solving and negotiation handling
- Be responsible for maintaining database integrity by ensuring supporter records are 100% accurate
- Provide administrative assistance to the wider fundraising team as and when required
