Job Description:

As the RFDS soar towards its 100th year of providing the finest care, in the furthest corner. Our award-winning Fundraising and Philanthropy team have a brand-new opportunity for a Face-to-Face (F2F) Fundraising Coordinator, to join in on all the excitement!

The F2F Fundraising Coordinator supports the implementation of a significant fundraising acquisition strategy by coordinating the day-to-day operations of RFDS (Queensland Section) F2F fundraising program!

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at our Brisbane Corporate Office, with the added flexibility to work from home.

Key Accountabilities:


As the F2F Fundraising Coordinator, you will:

  • Manage agency relationships, including attending weekly work in progress meetings with agency partners
  • Develop and provide regular training to new fundraisers
  • Oversee data transfer processes and reporting
  • Manage internal and external communications relating to F2F fundraising
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage production of all RFDS branded F2F collateral
  • Monitor and approve F2F locations in accordance with internal processes, including liaising with internal stakeholders across the state
  • Support the onboarding of all new fundraisers and suppliers
  • Monitor agencies activity and provide regular reporting, ensuring the highest standard of fundraising and adherence to all ACNC, PFRA and FIA regulatory requirements
Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and an innovative approach to problem solving. You will have a can-do attitude and meet the following criteria:
  • 3 – 5 years relevant experience, with existing knowledge of F2F fundraising
  • Minimum certificate in Marketing, Fundraising, Communications or similar
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain positive stakeholder relationships
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines
  • Experience using a relational CRM
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (including Excel)
