Description

This role is responsible for supporting the delivery and day-to-day coordination of our peer-to-peer fundraising event campaigns to drive income and enhance supporter experience and lifetime value. With primary responsibility for supporting campaign implementation and coordination of multifaceted peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, the role will support the RFDS to achieve our ambitious strategic priorities.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at our Brisbane Corporate Office, with the added flexibility to work from home; and is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate your exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of new and critical P2P fundraising campaigns to increase the organisation’s growth and efficiency in line with best practice principles
  • Liaise with agencies, consultants and suppliers where required to ensure P2P campaigns and materials are coordinated in a timely manner and within budget
  • Provide the highest standard of stewardship to existing donors and supporters to maximise income and ensure long-term relationships
  • Maintain successful interpersonal relationships with campaign prospects, donors, staff and stakeholders
  • Maintain up to date records, document control, expense tracking and relevant reporting as required
Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a friendly individual with excellent communication skills and an innovative approach to problem solving. You will have a can-do attitude and meet the following criteria:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Fundraising, Communications or similar
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a fundraising or NFP marketing role
  • Exceptional customer services skills
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
