Description

The Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) is seeking an experienced Senior ER Advisor to join the team to assist and contribute to the successful delivery of the Enterprise Agreement (EA) program. The Senior ER Advisor will work alongside the Leaders within the organisation, external IR/legal support and the EGM People and Culture to provide support to current enterprise agreement negotiations.

This role is unique and will appeal to someone who is working in a generalist HR role who has a desire to hone their skills in ER/IR. Key responsibilities include oversight of the EA Bargaining processes, organisational communication, research and co-ordination of activities relating to Enterprise Agreements.

Ideally suited to someone who wants to forge a career in HR in either a generalist or specialist ER/IR capacity, we are currently offering a full-time contract with a maximum term of 12 months. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and contemporary People and Culture team on a growth trajectory.

You will enjoy a flexible working environment and free parking at our Brisbane Airport location when you are working from the office.

Who are we looking for?

As an experienced professional, you will bring to the role tertiary qualifications in Business Management or Human Resources with strong knowledge of employee relations legislation, particularly around EBA negotiation.
You will be team orientated, dynamic with meticulous attention to detail. You will be an excellent communicator who can engage with diverse teams. Working closely with the senior leadership within the P&C team, this a fantastic opportunity to build your skills to position as a strong specialist ER or generalist Business Partner.

It will be highly regarded to have knowledge of industrial relations practices and the Fair Work Act.
