Description

The Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join the team and provide senior-level support and management of HR projects. This role will assist and contribute to the successful delivery of the Enterprise Agreement (EA) program. Providing high-level support and reporting directly to the Executive General Manager - People and Culture, the Project Coordinator also works alongside the Executive/Senior Leaders of both Operational and Support Services.

With your senior-level expertise, you will be able to provide timely and strategic project coordination to the business, as well as manage organisational communication, senior-level collaborations, research, and industry benchmarking during complex negotiations and organisational changes.

We are currently offering a full-time contract with a maximum term of 12 months. You will also enjoy a flexible working environment and free parking at our Brisbane Airport location.

Who are we looking for?
As an experienced professional, you will bring to the role:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or Human Resources with experience in a similar role, providing strategic and tactical advice to leaders
  • Demonstrated experience delivering multiple projects and programs with strong stakeholder management
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
  • The ability to be outcome-focused, meticulous and a systematic and logical problem-solver

Naturally, you will be team orientated, dynamic, innovative and like to think outside the square. You will be an excellent communicator who can engage diverse teams and demonstrate a passion for delivering a high level of customer service to rural and remote Queensland.

It will be highly regarded to have knowledge of industrial relations practices and the Fair Work Act.

About the RFDS (Queensland Section)

The Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) is one of the largest and most comprehensive aeromedical organisations in the world. In Queensland, the RFDS employs approximately, 500 people ranging from pilots, doctors, nurses, engineers, allied health professionals, and a variety of administration and support services roles. The Corporate Office is located at the Brisbane International Airport, and RFDS operates from nine operational bases located in Brisbane, Cairns, Townsville, Rockhampton, Bundaberg, Charleville, Mount Isa, Longreach and Roma.
The RFDS also delivers a broad range of essential healthcare services to rural and remote communities, as well as emergency retrieval services.
