Description
The Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) (RFDS) are seeking a true team player to provide coordination and administrative support to the People & Culture Operations team. This role will give you valuable exposure to varied processes across different HR functions and provide you with ongoing opportunities to upskill.
This is a permanent, part-time position over three days per week (0.6 FTE) located at the Brisbane Airport. We offer a flexible work environment with working from home options available.
About the role
Reporting to the People and Culture Operations Manager, the People and Culture Coordinator will provide recruitment support as well as provide generalist P&C support. Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting recruitment services
- Providing generalist HR support
- Supporting employee lifecycle activities
- Coordinating HR-related systems and files
