The Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) (RFDS) are leaders in providing access to aeromedical and primary health care services to people in remote, rural, and regional locations. In our journey towards our 100th year of providing services, we are committed to providing the finest care in the furthest corner.
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance & Corporate Services team on a max-term, part-time contract, commencing May 2023 until August 25th 2023, with attractive flexible working hours available.
Duties will include:
- Monitoring invoice automation to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, including assignment of invoices for coding/approval
- Maintaining supplier master data in ERP system
- Responding to all accounts payable queries in a timely manner
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
- Preparing the month end creditors reconciliation
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is eager to learn and willing to contribute to a high-performing and supportive team. You will have a high-attention to detail and strong communication skills, as well as possess the following –
- 1 – 3 years relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Confident using multiple computer systems and software
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Ability to engage across all levels of the organisation
