Looking to grow your Administration skills and work with a proud, passionate, and supportive team?

The Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) (RFDS) is looking for a talented Administrator to join our Learning and Development team. As a member of People and Culture you will support our people and help promote our culture of learning by providing;

  • Administration of the organisation’s learning management system (LMS)
  • Reporting on information from the LMS
  • Management of the Learning Inbox
  • Coordination of the delivery of Learning & Organisational Development programs and workshops
  • Coordination of the Service Recognition Awards program
Located at the Brisbane Airport, this permanent, full-time position offers work-from-home flexibility.

You will be confident in your abilities, skilled at problem-solving and have high attention to detail. You are an outgoing individual who takes initiative and is focused on achieving tasks and supporting the team. You will be able to demonstrate:
  • A broad range of Administration experience
  • (Highly desirable) Experience with administration, data management and reporting, and course management, within learning management systems
  • Effective in collating data into accurate, clear, user-friendly documentation
  • A customer-oriented approach with effective and accurate communication both verbal and written and ability
  • The ability to build positive relationships
  • The ability to prioritise work effectively in order to navigate multiple projects simultaneously
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously and take initiative to deliver team outcomes
