Description
The Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) (RFDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join the Digital & Technology team. In this role, you will oversee strategic growth projects in the Digital Transformation Program that focus on streamlining systems, integrating them, and utilising new technology.
The Project Manager is a full-time position on a maximum term contract of 12 months based in Brisbane.
Who we are looking for?
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- Experience leading projects in a complex business environment
- Certification as a Project Management Practitioner is desirable
- Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Problem solving and time management skills
- Experience in managing organisational change and managing end user communications
- Demonstrated ability to build a strong committed project team
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent experience required
