Description
Join the award-winning Fundraising & Philanthropy team at the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) as a fundraising administrator refereed to internally as a Supporter Care administrator and contribute to our best practice fundraising culture of donor centricity.
As an exciting new opportunity, we are currently seeking an Administrator to join our team in Brisbane. We are looking for a dynamic individual to work a part-time schedule (3 days per week) until the end of June 2022.
This role is a great opportunity to showcase your Administration skills to the Fundraising & Philanthropy team and the wider RFDS team for further opportunities that may arise.
The Supporter Care Administrator will-
- Open daily mail and prepare donations for processing
- Process donations received via our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
- Bank and receipt donations with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and update the CRM database with supporter communication requests, return to sender mail, etc.,
We are looking for:
- Previous experience working in an administrative role
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Previous data entry experience with the ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to respond to customer queries in a courteous, prompt, accurate, and confident manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication
