Description

The Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) (RFDS) are leaders in providing access to aeromedical and primary health care services to people in remote, rural, and regional locations. The RFDS People and Culture Team is looking for a talented Learning and Development Administrator to join our team in Brisbane. We are looking for a dynamic individual to work permanent, full-time with flexible options (i.e.- working from home). The successful candidate will further promote our culture of learning and provide;

  • Administration of the organisation’s learning management system (LMS)
  • Opportunities for efficiencies in learning processes
  • Reporting on information from the LMS
  • Management of the Learning Inbox
  • Coordination of the delivery of Learning & Organisational Development programs and workshops
  • Management of the Service Recognition Awards program

To be considered for this role it is essential you meet the criteria below:
  • Demonstrated experience with administration, data management and reporting, and course management, within learning management systems
  • Effective in collating data into accurate, clear, user-friendly documentation
  • Be customer oriented with effective and accurate communication both verbal and written and ability to develop positive relationships
  • Ability to prioritise work effectively to navigate multiple projects
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small multi-skilled and generalist team and contribute across other aspects of People and Culture when required
