Description

The Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) (RFDS) is a leader in providing access to aeromedical and primary health care services to people in regional, rural, and remote locations. In our journey towards our 100th year of providing services, we are committed to providing the finest care in the furthest corner.

With a clearly defined Fundraising growth strategy, we have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Special Supporter Coordinator within our growing mid-value donor program.

The Special Supporter Coordinator will:

• Develop, manage, and deepen one-on-one relationships with mid-level donors
• Implement the mid-value donor strategy to grow revenue and improve retention
• Carry out personalised stewardship activities which result in increased donor retention, value, and engagement
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information of relationships in the CRM system (NXT/Raisers Edge 7)
• Work with the Campaigns Lead to optimise, test, and measure supporter experience
• Work collaboratively with Philanthropy, Partnerships, and Gifts in Wills

The Special Supporter Coordinator is a full-time position based in Brisbane in RFDS Corporate Office.

• Ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

RFDS (Queensland Section) works with vulnerable patients in remote parts of Queensland and provides an essential service to many regional and remote communities.
