Description

The Nursing & Clinical Services Administration Coordinator provides high quality coordination and support to the Executive and Leadership teams within Nursing & Clinical Services for the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) (RFDS). The Administration Coordinator is an integral part of successfully maintaining structure and efficiencies within the Business unit.

The Administration Coordinator is a full-time position based in Brisbane.

Key responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Providing comprehensive coordination, administrative and support services to the Executive and Leadership team within Nursing & Clinical Services- including diary management
  • Organising and coordinating Nursing & Clinical Services meetings, including agendas, minute taking and tracking of action items
  • Assisting with reporting requirements ensuring on time reporting, following up with Leaders and ensuring promptness of report submission
  • Responding promptly and courteously to stakeholder requests
  • Data entry, maintenance of databases and administrative support for any additional programs
  • Ensuring Clinical and Nursing Services adhere to an efficient and effective operating rhythm

Who we are looking for?

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (desirable)
  • Knowledge or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge regarding nursing and clinical services
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and organising, minute taking and action tracking for senior level meetings
  • Ability to respectfully manage and maintain security of confidential and sensitive information
  • High level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications specifically- PowerPoint and Excel with the ability to learn and coordinate new systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively at an Executive level and with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills of self and others with the ability to act fast and problem solve
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and ensure the achievement of team goals
  • Experience with adapting to emerging technologies
