About the role
Our growth and promise to the people of Queensland has given us a unique opportunity to grow within our People and Culture Team. We have a new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor in a permanent full-time capacity based at the Brisbane Airport. As the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will:

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment services across the state
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure successful talent acquisition
  • Provide exceptional candidate care in line with our values
  • Maintain an accurate Applicant Tracking System database

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • 1-3 years’ recruitment experience
  • Proficient computer skills including a recruitment Applicant Tracking System
  • Minimum of Diploma in a relevant study area
  • Experience in managing end-to-end internal recruitment
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships
  • Demonstrated expertise in a variety of candidate sourcing methodologies
