About the role
Our growth and promise to the people of Queensland has given us a unique opportunity to grow within our People and Culture Team. We have a new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor in a permanent full-time capacity based at the Brisbane Airport. As the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will:
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment services across the state
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure successful talent acquisition
- Provide exceptional candidate care in line with our values
- Maintain an accurate Applicant Tracking System database
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 1-3 years’ recruitment experience
- Proficient computer skills including a recruitment Applicant Tracking System
- Minimum of Diploma in a relevant study area
- Experience in managing end-to-end internal recruitment
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships
- Demonstrated expertise in a variety of candidate sourcing methodologies

RFDS (Queensland Section) works with vulnerable patients in remote parts of Queensland and provides an essential service to many regional and remote communities.
