Description
The Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) (RFDS) is looking for an Administration Officer to coordinate and manage an upcoming short-term project in Corporate Office. This role is a maximum term contract of up to 6 weeks on a full-time basis however, flexibility may be considered for the right candidate.
Duties will include;
- Coordination and management of the project inbox
- Management of electronic information
- Management of the information data base
- General administration as needed

- Well-developed general administration skills and quality customer service
- Skills in Microsoft Word, Adobe, Excel and Outlook
- Proven ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
