Description
Reporting to the Base Services Coordinator, the Administration Officer provides accurate, timely and efficient day to day administration support which contributes to the efficient functioning of RFDS Bundaberg Base.
This role is a maximum term contract until March 2022 on a part time basis. We are offering 14-hours per week which can be worked over a negotiated roster (for example: work school hours or 2x full days) with flexibility considered for the suitable candidate.
Duties will include;
- Data Entry
- General administration
- Organising building maintenance and management of maintenance register
- Organising visitor Base access in adherence with Security protocols
- Finance and banking
- Marketing and fundraising activities

Who we are looking for?
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working in a busy office environment, possess excellent data entry skills, be customer focused and have methodical work practise. You will also possess:
- Business administration qualification (desirable)
- Well-developed general administration skills including data entry and records management
- Proven ability to handle challenging operational situations
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve team-based outcomes
- The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Highly competent in maintaining confidentiality
