Description
The Marketing Coordinator provides professional marketing, communication and stakeholder engagement support services to build and maintain the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) brand and reputation throughout Queensland, particularly in the local communities in which we operate. Specifically, this role supports promotional activities associated with corporate partnerships.
The Marketing Coordinator is a Full-Time position based in Brisbane.
Key responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Produce high-quality marketing and promotional material for RFDS corporate partners, in accordance with partnership agreements
- Collaborate with Fundraising and the team to deliver corporate partner events such as open days and cocktail functions
- Prepare regular reports for each corporate partner on all marketing and promotional activities undertaken
- Provide general support to the marketing services team and contribute to the broader objectives of the Corporate Affairs & Marketing Department
- Work collaboratively with all key internal and external stakeholders
- Assist team members with internal communication, media, marketing and community relations and stakeholder engagement services
- Assist leaders manage budget development and spend.
Who we are looking for?
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, Public Relations or similar
- 3 to 5 years relevant experience
- Excellent project management and organisational skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in dealing confidently with external suppliers
- Experience in event management
- Demonstrated experience in the use of databases and campaign monitoring software and analytic tools
- Desk top publishing skills including the use of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Website management experience.
