Description

The Business Coordinator– Nursing & Clinical Services provides high quality coordination and support to the Executive and Leadership teams within Nursing & Clinical Services for the Royal Flying Doctor Service Queensland Section (RFDS). In this newly created role, the Business Coordinator is an integral part of successfully developing and implementing structure and efficiencies within the Business unit.

The Business Coordinator is a Full-Time position based in Brisbane.

Key responsibilities;

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Provide comprehensive coordination, administrative and support services to the Executive and Leadership team within Nursing & Clinical Services
  • Organise and coordinate Nursing & Clinical Services meetings, including agendas, minute taking and tracking of action items
  • Assist with business case development, reporting requirements, policy and procedure development, formatting and updating of documents
  • Display a comprehensive understanding of RFDS’ operations and act as a key executive level contact for external stakeholders
  • Consult and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure on time reporting
  • Data entry, maintenance of databases and administrative support for specified programs as required

Who we are looking for?

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (desirable)
  • Previous experience working in the healthcare industry (desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating Executives and Management teams
  • Experience coordinating Senior level meetings i.e.- minutes, action tracking
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and coordinate with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to perform autonomously to ensure efficient running of a Business unit
