The RFDS is proud to be included amongst the ranks of 26 Aussie Icons as part of the Great Aussie Coin Hunt. The likes of Zooper Dooper, Meat Pie, and Budgy Smugglers are just some of the A-Z of Australian icons featured on the new collection of dollar coins.
The Royal Flying Doctor Service was selected for the 'R coin' which features an RFDS PC-12 aircraft of which the RFDS has around 30 in its fleet. The coin is now in circulation and can be found in your change at Australia Post outlets.
