We’re looking for a high‑energy Talent Acquisition Advisor to help us build a sustainable, connected workforce that supports rural and regional communities across Victoria.
About the Role
You’ll play a key role in strengthening healthcare access by:
- Managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes across clinical, operational and corporate portfolios
- Partnering with leaders to understand service needs, guide conversations, and support confident hiring decisions
- Delivering innovative attraction strategies, not just recruitment transactions
- Building sustainable talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill rural and regional roles
- Representing RFDS at careers expos, education partnerships and community events
- Supporting fair, inclusive and consistent recruitment practices
You’ll play a key role in elevating the recruitment experience, from shaping briefs to improving candidate journeys and leader confidence, with support to refine market approaches, strengthen EVP, and simplify processes.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a complex environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
- Experience recruiting clinicians in regional, rural or hard‑to‑fill markets and a proactive, energised approach to sourcing and engagement
- Ability to quickly build credibility and work in partnership with leaders at different levels of the organisation
- Resilience, curiosity and a drive to make things happen
- Confidence to provide advice, influence decisions and challenge constructively where needed
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles while maintaining quality and stakeholder engagement
- Clear and confident communication style, with the ability to guide conversations and support decision-making
