Key responsibilities

  • lead the delivery of assigned projects from initiation through to completion, including planning, scheduling and monitoring milestones.
  • ensure projects are delivered in line with scope, timeframes, budget and quality expectations.
  • manage project risks, issues and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • develop and maintain project documentation, reporting and presentations for a range of stakeholders.
  • collaborate closely with internal teams and external subject matter experts to inform decision-making and outcomes.
  • manage project resources and identify competing priorities or resourcing gaps.
  • support procurement, contract management and delivery of infrastructure or operational projects.
  • undertake research and analysis to inform project design and evidence-based recommendations.
  • contribute to the continuous improvement of project management frameworks, tools and practices.
  • build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organisation.

About you
You are an experienced and adaptable project professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working collaboratively to deliver meaningful outcomes.
What you will bring:

  • demonstrated experience managing projects in a complex organisation, from planning through to implementation and benefits realisation.
  • strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • proven ability to manage resources, timelines and competing priorities effectively.
  • experience in developing business cases and assessing project feasibility.
  • strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capability.
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills, including reporting and presentations.
  • high level of organisation, initiative and professional judgement.
  • ability to work both independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
