About this Opportunity

The Organisational Culture Uplift Lead will lead the development and implementation of culture, engagement and capability initiatives that support organisational priorities and strengthen workplace culture across the Northern Territory. Partnering closely with leaders and teams, the role will drive employee engagement, wellbeing and workforce capability initiatives while supporting organisational change through effective communication, stakeholder engagement and change management strategies.
The role will facilitate workshops, leadership discussions and engagement activities to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and positive workforce outcomes. Using workforce feedback and organisational insights, the position will provide coaching and advice to leaders, contribute to leadership capability development, and support initiatives that enhance employee experience, retention and organisational effectiveness across the People & Culture function.

About You

You are a proactive and engaging people and culture professional who is passionate about organisational development, employee engagement and creating positive workplace experiences.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in organisational development, culture, engagement or change management roles
  • Experience leading or supporting organisational culture uplift and workforce engagement initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management skills
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, conversations and group engagement activities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal capability across a broad range of stakeholders
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret workforce insights and engagement data
  • Experience working within complex, fast-paced or evolving organisational environments
  • Ability to work collaboratively while driving outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives
