About this Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Aircraft Airworthiness and Maintenance Control, the Data Control Officer plays an important role in supporting the management of aircraft maintenance documentation records and aircraft flight logs.
The Data Control Officer is responsible for carrying out tasks primarily relating to the administration of technical records, and general aircraft worthiness administration. The position works closely with engineering and maintenance teams and contributes to continuous improvement across maintenance control processes.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and control aircraft maintenance records, technical documentation, and data systems.
- Ensure all documentation and records remain accurate, current, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Produce accurate reports and process aircraft work packs in a timely manner.
- Support maintenance operations through preparation of work packs and accurate data management.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and contribute to reporting, audits, and continuous improvement processes.
- Upload Aircraft Hours and Landings to Winair.
About you
You are a detail-oriented professional with experience in an aviation maintenance environment, who thrives in a structured, compliance-focused role.
What you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in an aviation maintenance, maintenance control, or technical documentation environment.
- Strong understanding of aviation terminology, technical records, and regulatory requirements.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
