About this Opportunity
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Medical & Retrieval Services as an Administration Officer, you will be motivated to provide high-quality, rostering and administrative support to the Clinical Directors based in Port Augusta.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Primary point of contact for rostering enquiries and allocations, using the dedicated email account
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate rosters using rostering spreadsheet and/or time and attendance system
  • Manage both long term and short notice roster changes to meet service delivery needs
  • Ensure all vacant shifts are filled promptly and efficiently
  • Apply a high level of attention to detail to minimise errors and disruptions
  • Maintain strong working relationships with support staff and internal stakeholders
  • Providing efficient and accurate word processing outputs utilising the Microsoft Office Suite of applications.

About You
You are seeking a role where your excellent verbal and written communication skills can shine, and where you can demonstrate your ability to manage competing demands while maintaining quality. You are seeking to utilise your existing administrative capabilities in an organisation that provides a community focused service!

To be considered for the role, you will require:

  • Advanced knowledge and competence in Windows-based computer systems (including networked systems), and in using the Microsoft Office 365 suite of programs (including Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • The ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality.
  • A strong sense of initiative and a bright and positive attitude.
  • Proven ability to set your own workload priorities and work both autonomously and as part of a team in a constantly changing work environment
  • Qualifications in Business Administration or a related discipline are desirable, along with experience in the Health Services industry.
