Are you seeking an opportunity to make a difference and supporting one of Australia’s most trusted charities? The Royal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section (RFDSSE) is currently seeking a part-time (2 days per week) Philanthropy Assistant to join our team.

About you:

As the Philanthropy Assistant you’ll play a key role in supporting all aspects of supporting our Philanthropy program (Major Gifts, Trusts & Foundations and Corporate Partnerships) while providing essential administrative support to the Philanthropy team. Your work will help ensure the smooth coordination of Philanthropic activities and maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures and privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across all philanthropic activities & Events

  • Support the Philanthropy team with donor stewardship activities and relationship management

  • Travel bookings and diary management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM

  • Support invoicing and reporting

Compensation: Base Salary AUD $74,347.00 - $74,347.00
