In this role, you will:
• Co-ordinate recruitment activities from job ads and candidate sourcing through to interviews, reference checks, and offers.
• Support onboarding by preparing contracts and ensuring all compliance documents are complete.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and optimise recruitment systems and processes.
• Contribute to People & Culture projects, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion safe, inclusive, and collaborative workplace practices.

You will bring:
• Experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Confidence in using recruitment systems and digital sourcing tools.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Commitment to professional growth and modelling positive workplace behaviours.
