About this Opportunity

Responsible for the efficient day to day running of the Darwin Base Charter Operations and associated supports for the Darwin Base.  This diverse role incorporates a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to:

·  Flight reporting and coordination of charter operations

·  Preparing for departure and arrival of flights

·         Maintaining goods inwards and outwards of the hanger

·         Liaison with internal and external stakeholders

·         Data entry and maintenance of data bases

·         General office tasks including general record keeping, invoicing and file management

 
About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

·         Outstanding interpersonal skills with a professional, positive attitude

·         Well- developed organisational skills

·         Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office

·         Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
