About the Role
Responsible for the efficient day-to-day running of the Darwin Base Charter and Aeromedical operations and associated supports for the Darwin Base.  The diverse role incorporates a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to:
- Flight reporting and coordination of charter operations.
- Preparing for departure and arrival of flights.
- Maintaining goods inwards and outwards of the hangar.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Data entry and maintenance of databases.
- General office tasks including general record keeping, invoicing. and file management.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
 -Outstanding interpersonal skills with a professional, positive attitude.
- Well-developed organisation and task prioritisation skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office.
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work early mornings or late-night shifts.
