Are you an experienced ICT support professional who thrives on solving problems and delivering great service? As an ICT Support Officer at RFDS Western Operations, you’ll be the trusted first point of contact for staff, playing a vital role in keeping our technology running smoothly.

This role offers real variety and impact—from frontline support and system troubleshooting to onboarding new staff, maintaining secure environments, and supporting projects and improvements. You’ll work closely with a collaborative ICT team, engage with modern Microsoft environments, and contribute to technology that directly supports life‑saving services across Western Australia.



About you
- 3+ years’ experience in an IT Service Desk role using a ticketing system
- Strong end‑user support experience across Microsoft Windows, Office and SharePoint
- Proven experience managing user accounts in Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure AD
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Exchange mailbox administration
- Experience supporting and managing SOE environments using SCCM and Endpoint Manager (Intune)
- Solid background in Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms
- Experience providing End User Citrix support
- Excellent hardware and software diagnostic and troubleshooting skills


About the role
- Provide frontline support and resolve ICT issues via the ticketing system
- Support onboarding, offboarding and user account management (AD/M365/Azure AD)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and endpoint issues
- Monitor systems and infrastructure, escalating issues where required
- Maintain documentation, knowledge bases, asset registers and system standards
- Coordinate with vendors and managed service providers
- Assist with system upgrades, patching, deployments and ICT projects
- Contribute to continuous improvement, operational excellence and a strong service culture
