About this Opportunity

Join our team as we commence our journey to implement, Oracle HCM and play a key role in the project and BAU support. Reporting to the Manager People & Culture you’ll play a critical role in supporting the implementation, administration and optimisation of RFDS SA/NT’s new Human Capital Management System.

You will support project activities and act as the key liaison between People & Culture, IT, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure system integrity, optimisation and continuous improvement of HCM tools and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and optimise the HCM platform, including system configuration, workflows, security, user access and integrations.
  • Lead system upgrades, enhancements and release activities, including testing (PVT & UAT) and change management, testing.
  • Develop and maintain workforce reports, dashboards and analytics to support compliance, workforce planning and business decision-making.
  • Support activities to drive data accuracy, system integrity and governance and compliance
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, IT and vendors to deliver continuous system improvements, automation and operational efficiencies.
  • Drive process improvement and innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance people processes, leverage AI capabilities and promote best-practice HCM solutions.

About You
You are an adaptive, highly analytical and detail-oriented systems professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering efficient, user-friendly system solutions.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience administering and supporting contemporary HCM systems (e.g. Oracle, Success Factors, Workday)
  • Strong system configuration, data management and reporting skills
  • Experience supporting system implementations and/or or major upgrades
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Systems thinking, an analytical mindset coupled with a commitment to process improvement.

Highly regarded:

  • Experience with Oracle HCM
  • Project and or change management capability
  • Exposure to AI-enabled solutions / process automation
  • Experience working in regulated or safety-critical environments (healthcare, aviation, emergency services or not-for-profit)

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
