About this Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Stakeholder Relations Manager, as the Graphic Designer, you will be motivated to maintain the organisation’s visual identity, ensuring brand consistency while adhering to brand guidelines across all channels and materials.

We believe our people – all of our people – keep the Royal Flying Doctor Service flying.

Specifically, you will:
- Design and produce a variety of high-quality print and digital materials, including brochures, reports, signage, web assets, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
- Maintain and champion brand consistency across all visual communications by adhering to style guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate complex or technical content into clear, engaging visual designs that align with organisational values.
- Develop and refine templates and layouts to support consistent, professional communication across the organisation.

About You
You are:
- A creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and visual storytelling.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and attention to detail.
- Able to build collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to develop your own capabilities and technical expertise and support the development and growth of others.

To be considered for the role you require:
- Minimum of Diploma level in Graphic Design/Visual Communications or Degree in Journalism/Media/Communications/Marketing.
- Minimum of three years professional design experience demonstrating strong foundational knowledge across the field of design and desktop publishing.
- Confident communicator with understanding of communicating to diverse audiences through varied mediums.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven
