About the role:
As a First Aid Responder with RFDS Victoria, your workplace is wherever the community gathers. From buzzing festivals and high-energy sporting events to local celebrations under open skies, you’ll be right there. This is more than a job; it’s a chance to stay active, enjoy the

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver first aid confidently and professionally
• Communicate effectively with patients, event staff, and emergency services
• Escalate care appropriately when patients are out of scope
• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols
• Participate in ongoing training and competency updates
Qualifications and Requirements for the role:
• Certificate IV in Health Care (HLT41120) or
• Diploma of Emergency Health Care (HLT51020) or
• Diploma of Nursing (HLT54121) or equivalent
• Be able to drive in both city and country traffic conditions
• Be compassionate, professional, and dedicated to providing excellent service
• Be based in the Grampians Area, Horsham or Stawell
Mandatory vaccination policy:
As part of the application process, you will be required to provide evidence of the following vaccinations:
• Hepatitis B- History of 3 x vaccinations + Serology report
• Varicella (Chicken Pox)
• Measles, Mumps and Rubella
• Diphtheria, Tetanus and Pertussis (Whooping Cough)
• Annual Influenza
All applicants must undergo a driver history and demerit point check, at compliance stage. To be successful, you must not have repeated driving offences within the last three years. In addition, all positions are subject to a National Police Check and require holding a valid Working with Children Check.
