About this Opportunity


Under the direction of the Fundraising Manager, the Fundraising Database Officer supports the processing and coordination of fundraising income and related revenue. Working closely with the Database Administrator, the role also supports the the administration and maintenance of the Philanthropy and Engagement (P&E) CRM system. Additionally, the Fundraising Database Officer will assist the fundraising team by offering knowledge and support across a range of events and activities.

This integral role specifically involves:

• Performing weekly and monthly database cleansing activities as well as campaign and event imports and exports
• Assisting with accurate and timely data processing for fundraising and revenue generating activities.
• Supporting the Fundraising Administrator in the coordination and reconciliation of finances for the P&E team, including invoicing, web donations, EFT payments, etc.
• Records management, including the regular updating of mailing addresses/returns and communication preferences.

About You


You are:

• Skilled at managing and maintaining CRM databases and have meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledgeable about computer literacy and utilising Microsoft Office suite of products.
• A well organised, self-starter with ability to determine priorities, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
