Proudly serving Australians since 1928, the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) provides emergency aeromedical and allied health services for people in regional, rural and remote Australia. About the Role
Join a purpose-driven team in a newly created role where your attention to detail and coordination skills helps power partnerships and fundraising initiatives that make a real difference. In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in managing data, supporting financial processes, and contributing to the success of corporate partnerships and sponsorships that help fund our vital work across Victoria.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Maintain accurate stakeholder data in Raiser’s Edge and support CRM integrity through collaboration with the data team.
· Provide admin support across reports, event calendars, onboarding materials, and general office coordination.
· Manage financial processes including reconciliations, invoice handling, and system entries across Raiser’s Edge NXT and Tech-1.
· Support prospecting efforts through desktop research, tracking tools, and maintaining updated contact and partnership records.
· Assist with reporting and planning by compiling dashboards, assembling funding proposal materials, and preparing committee/board documentation.
To be successful, you will need:
· Relevant skills, experience and qualifications in fundraising, Business Administration, data management or stakeholder engagement
· Satisfactory completion of safety screening including a current Working with Children's Check, National Police Check, and the right to work in Australia.
