We offer a Level 1 casual rate of $27.79 per hour, plus casual loading, penalty rates, and superannuation—with flexible shifts that fit your lifestyle. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values professionalism, safety, and community spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first aid confidently and professionally
- Communicate effectively with patients, event staff, and emergency services
- Escalate care appropriately when patients are out of scope
- Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols
- Participate in ongoing training and competency updates
Required Qualifications:
Responder Level 1
- HLTAID009 (CPR) or HLTAID010 or HLTAID011
- 22300VIC (Anaphylaxis) or equivalent
Additional Essential Eligibility Criteria:
- Full Victorian Driver’s License
- Available to commence on 14th October 2025
- Available to attend a 2-day induction in Essendon.
- Evidence of mandatory vaccinations:
- Proof of X Hep B vaccines and positive serology
- Proof of Measles, Mumps and Rubella vaccines
- Proof of 2 Varicella vaccines or positive serology
- Proof of 2025 Influenza vaccine
- Proof of a DTP vaccine in the past X years
- National Police Check & Employee Working with Children Check
- Legal right to work in Australia

Important Eligibility Notice

These are mandatory requirements for all First Aid Responder roles and applications that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.
