About the role
In this part-time opportunity the Executive Project Assistant will provide high-quality, confidential, executive-level administrative support. The role will also assist with the development, implementation and evaluation of business improvement initiatives and projects in the Operations team.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have significant experience in a similar role with the ability to manage competing demands and multiple initiatives while maintaining quality.
You will skilfully maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of business priorities.
You will be:
- Capable of analysing information and and summarising it for specific audiences/reports.
- Capable and experienced in anticipating the needs and workflows of an executive leader.
- Resourceful and use your initiative to identify tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in the Microsoft software suite at an intermediate to advanced level.
