About the role
In this Permanent Full-Time opportunity, the Executive Project Assistant will provide high-quality, confidential, administrative executive-level administrative support. The role will assist with the development, implementation and evaluation of projects in the Information Technology team.
About You
You are:
• Reliable and responsive with a can-do attitude.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and skilled in communication and relationship management, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and handle sensitive matters discreetly.
To be considered for the role you require:
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite of tools including Microsoft SharePoint/Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook and adaptability to a range of other Internet Applications.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative management or office management environment including analysing and developing efficient administrative systems and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to work and contribute autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated experience in undertaking projects, investigation, reviews, data consolidation, analysis and research.
